- Breakfast – Taco meat, scrambled with egg and a red pepper
- Lunch – Taco salad
- Dinner – Steak and Squash Salad
Day 6 Menu
- Breakfast – Skipped (not recommended)
- Lunch – Deconstructed pork and shrimp gyoza
- Dinner – Deconstructed pork and shrimp gyoza
Day 7 Menu
- Breakfast – Sweet potato & sausage hash
- Lunch – Prosciutto & a Lara Bar (on the go)
- Dinner – Chicken, veggies & potatoes with ranch dressing. Grilled in foil.
