Oops, I got behind!  These are the menus from days 5-7.

Day 5 Menu

  • Breakfast – Taco meat, scrambled with egg and a red pepper
  • Lunch – Taco salad
  • Dinner – Steak and Squash Salad

Day 6 Menu

  • Breakfast – Skipped (not recommended)
  • Lunch – Deconstructed pork and shrimp gyoza
  • Dinner – Deconstructed pork and shrimp gyoza

Day 7 Menu

  • Breakfast – Sweet potato & sausage hash
  • Lunch – Prosciutto & a Lara Bar (on the go)
  • Dinner – Chicken, veggies & potatoes with ranch dressing.  Grilled in foil.
